New Italian restaurant on Zante-Island!
In December 2009 a fine little ristorantino opened up in Zakynthos. “La Bruschettina” is exactly what you expect when you want to go to an Italian ristorante. It seats about 30 people. Its owner, Nino Fotis, also owns “La Bruschetta” in Keri, a restaurant well known to every holiday traveler on their way to Zakynthos. Zante’s ristorantino is La Bruschetta’s small off shoot in the main city of Zante island.
The menu boasts anything from home-made pasta to classical pizzas. A special delicacy: the filet of beef in balsamico sauce. The Italian cook leaves nothing to be desired, knowing exactly what friends of Italian cooking expect. Nino’s partner, Melanie, is German and responsible for the perfect table service and that the satisfied customers look forward to coming back.
In the winter months the opening hours are:
13:00 through 16:00 hours,
19:00 through 24:00 hours,
closed Thursday.
In may the restaurant will stay closed the whole month.
In the months June till October the ristorantino is open daily from 18:30 h.

I had the good fortune to take lunch in La Bruschettina at the end of February. The atmosphere and ambiance was fantastic as was the food and service. Highly recommended and cannot wait to enjoy an evening meal soon!

I love both La Bruschetta and La Bruschettina, not comparable, yet both unique.

Καταπληκτικά εστιατόρια.Τόσο αυτό στο Κερί όσο και αυτό της πόλης. Ο κ.Νίνο και η κ. Μέλανι έχουν κάνει εξαιρετική δουλειά. ΤΟ μενού υπέροχο, το σέρβις άψογο, αλλά οι καλοί τρόποι και το χαμόγελο του ζεύγους των ιδιοκτητών κάνει τη διαφορά. Τι κρίμα που το Μάιο δεν ανοίγετε!! Τότε που ξεκινούν οι εξορμήσεις! Ερχόμαστε Μάιο και Αύγουστο. Τον Μάιο ψαχνόμαστε πού να φάμε!!
