Shaded walks and footpaths lead to picnic areas in natural settings with a variety of trees, native flowers and herbs – thyme, marathea, mint, wild garlic and asparagus in season.

Cypress rock, a favorite picnic place, overlooks a secluded bathing area adjoining a cave where swallows nest in spring. Sit on Poseidon’s throne in the entrance to the cave and watch the tiny fish at your feet.

You can see cavorting seals or nest-seeking turtles from your veranda. You can watch some of the most magnificent yachts in the world passing to and fro on their way to some rendezvous or dropping anchor almost at your doorstep. The location and typography assure privacy unique in Greece. Steep banks on either side of the property discourage the casual trespasser on the sea side.
The house has double-glazed windows and wood floors to capture the sun’s rays.  It has overhanging roofs or awnings on all four sides to keep out the sun and keep the house cool in summer.

It has an extra large living/dining area (11 meters by 5 meters) with polished wood floors, window seats which provide sleeping space for extra guests and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping sea views.The bathroom has full-length tub and shower.

The house has a full wrap-around veranda and is shaded on four sides with grape arbors at front and back.
