The house has three bedrooms. Two of them on the top floor are equipped with double beds and one is on the ground floor and has two single beds. A bathroom is on each level. A well equipped kitchen is spaciously integrated in the living room area. The pool with its sun loungers and umbrella is the living invitation to cooling yourself off on hot sunny days. A separate spacious grill area with a mason stone grill is there for unforgettable evenings.
Shopping possibilities are only about 1 km away in the village of Gerakas. A number of beautiful sandy beaches are in direct vicinity of the villa.
